Women’s Outback Head Coach Kevin Wilson, is excited to announce the key appointment of Darius Holliday-Miller to the position of Head of Performance for the upcoming 2021 World Championships campaign.

Coming into his 13th year as a part of the Gridiron Australia community, Darius has proven experience as both a player and coach. Most recently, Darius has been appointed the Director of Coaching and Head Coach for the Bayside Ravens Senior Team.

“It is my aim to raise the standard of all that we do for football in this country. It’s an opportunity to provide athletes with the skills to succeed both mentally and physically – an opportunity I will take hold of with both hands. I have a history of teaching athletes how to succeed at a high level in this sport, and that’s exactly what I want to bring to this program and organisation.”

Darius’ challenge now will be to assemble a network of strength and conditioning staff in each state and coordinate the upcoming state-based combines.

Please join us in congratulating Darius on his appointment and provide him all the support he needs going forward.
